Mary Kenealy

Mary Kenealy is widely recognized as one of the preeminent event planners in the nation. Based in Sarasota, Florida and Asheville, North Carolina, Mary’s career spans more than 25 years. Her client list includes the top echelon of Sarasota and beyond, and her resume includes the areas’ most prestigious events. Upscale corporate events, society weddings, and black-tie galas are her specialty. Mary serves a significant number of clients in Southwest Florida and North Carolina, but she has also planned and executed events around the world, from California to Italy.

Mary’s vast resources enable her to create a team of professionals providing the highest quality in everything from catering and décor to spectacular special effects and lighting. Her background as a caterer and floral designer enhances her ability to envision the big picture while not losing sight of the fine details.

Through the years, Mary has almost exclusively handled the special events needs of Dick Vitale, including the recent fundraiser for the V Foundation for Cancer Research that served more than 750 guests. She also designed and managed the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Vitale’s daughter at the Ritz-Carlton Naples. In addition, she has handled ESPN events with numerous VIPs and celebrities. Mary’s keen attention to detail and flawless execution were put to good use for CTPartners’ annual partners meeting, which involved coordination for attendees from 14 countries.  During her career, she has also chaired the Selby Orchid Ball, the Festival of Trees Ball, and many, many more. Mary also manages numerous non-profit and not-for-profit galas and fundraisers, including the Catholic Charities Ball, and the SPARCC Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show for more than 500 guests.

A graduate of the prestigious George Washington University's Event Management program, Janet has been involved in the special events and meeting industry for the past 16 years in southwest Florida.  Previously as a partner in Stellar Event Management Group and as a full-service caterer, she coordinated and managed corporate and social events from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale productions for Fortune 100 companies, sporting and political events and destination weddings.  Organizing and overseeing a multitude of staff, suppliers, services and details are Janet's key strengths.

Debbi Mancini

Debbi Mancini

Debbi brings to the group an extensive background in interior design, space planning and management as well as hands-on skills in the creation of decor elements.  Her creativity and artistic talents are instrumental to the event design process as well as the special touches that can enhance any event.  In addition to Debbi's creative experience, she was previously involved in the catering and restaurant management industry in southwest Florida.  Both careers have enabled her to apply both the artistic perspective and the functional component to the overall event production.

Banking, financial and operations management skills honed over 25 years as a Vice President of a southwest Florida bank provided Laura with the attention to detail, precision and thoroughness essential to the event process and the end result.  In addition to her extensive business background, Laura's talents in designing and decorating are an important contribution to many of the decor elements of special events and large-scale design projects such as the perennial holiday decorations at major hotels.  She is a gifted photographer as well, observing and capturing important moments that can enhance the client's portfolio of the event.
