Time for Time Management
Time management is absolutely PARAMOUNT! There are only 24 hours in a day and in our busy lives that often does not seem like enough. Obviously God is not going to give us any more time so we need to learn how to manage it properly. Repeatedly procrastinated, whether purposefully or not, often leads to feeling rushed and overwhelmed which is incredibly stressful. No one volunteers to add more stress to their lives but we would all volunteer to get rid of it, am I right?! Time management is a major stress reliever. Furthermore, it helps you increase your focus which leads to accomplishing more with less effort. Time management also improves decision making, guides you to be more successful in your career, frees up time to relax and let go, and it creates a stronger self-discipline.
